Question Open Skies agreement and pilots/jobs.

This has maybe been discussed here in the past.

What do you guys think the open skies agreement will change in the industry as far as Job openings, and wages go?

Do you think this agreement will create more job openings/better wages?

What is your opinion as to how it will affect the industry and all of us as pilots?

A good, or bad thing? (for pilots)

As ever the US will gain more than the EU from this deal. Some companies, BA and possibly VS are planning to start services from EU airports to USA. Have to wait and see how it plays out.

What about the job situation

What about the job situation? Good question.

Will open skies finally loosen up the EU Passport requirement for US pilots?

And will it allow EU pilots to cross the pond to work in the states?

We all would like to have more options open to us career wise as well as experience wise. Good post B767PL.

I hope someone offers some valid insight..

I believe it is a EU/US agreement only.
