Pension Commutation Rates (UK Airlines)

Just for a comparison, any info please on pension commutation rates (i.e. the amount of cash lump sum you get at normal retirement age for giving up part of your pension).
With Monarch it is 10:1, but I believe it was 18:1 with Britannia (eg £1 off your pension gave you £18 cash).
What is it for your company (if you're still in a Final Salary Scheme)?
