Low cost pension plans

I am interested in comparing pension plans to compare various pension plans
at Easyjet and Easyjet Spain and Ryanair

You can't compare Ryanair pension as there isn't one. They allow a money purchase/share option after one year but you would be better off putting your money in SIPs or a property.
As I understand it, easjet contribute 7.1/2% and you can match or exceed that amount up to 15%.
With Gordon 'Robber Baron' Brown in charge of things, I would steer clear of the pension industry altogether. He will steal all your bonuses!
