Thanks for the advice guys (and girls), by the way, I don't come from Singapore, am employed in the UK, and from what u say, easyjet doesn't sound that bad( it's the 23th, and still don't even have a roster for next month!)

Sloniger, do you, per chance, know the factors used, just to work out rough time scale to a command, I'm joining the RHS from a LHS.

Lord Fulmer - very intellectual comment - well done and I'm sure you're proud of yourself!

I've been with ezy for more than 3 years and it has improved a lot during that time; not to say that there are still not things to be put right but it beats a lot of alternatives.
How long do you have to wait for command? A few guys with the right experience have joined and got there command within 6 months and others within 12.

I was with easyjet very briefly last year. The guys in charge of Flight Ops are experienced and very competent.

Their training standards are very high (this was said by the CAA and not by them so must be true). My advice is if you get offered a job make sure you are fit and that your stress level is low because they expect you to perform high.

It is a fun place to work at and for an FO a great place to learn from. the money is good and the roster problems are the same as the average airline. I'm told if you are based away from Luton the rosters get very good. i

On the whole I give easyjet a 8 out of 10!

Ever heard of the quote, "all that changes is the colour of the planes"!!! I think any airline is going to have the same complaints, give or take a few.
