Off days in a row
Is it possible to live far away from base, maybe abroad, if one works for example for B Midland, B Airways, KLM UK or the low fare companies when it comes to the roster. I would like to know if these companies roster the off days several in a row.
Air Contractors, on the A300, work an 8 on / 6 off pattern. 6 off is the average, occasionally it will be either 5 or 7 off, depending on which day of the week you start and finish.

Make sure you get it in your contract. But most important, check if your company have an interline agreement with an operator flying between your base and home. The rostering manager at Go Fly is doing a great job for those who commutes. Done it for years, and it works for me.

We need pay parity as well!
I suppose you enjoy the bonus we earn for you! ha ha.
Well anyway i suppose when they replace the 727s with sheds or convairs it will be different!!!!!! u know!
