Post How many days do you work a month??

Seen my April roster and working 12 days!

Is this a normal amount for an airline pilot?

I always have inly 8/9 days off a month. With about 12 to 15 flying days and the rest as standbys or rest days.

23 days working in a 31 day month. Only the minimum of rest until the crew shortage problem is resolved. Anyone fancy the Far East?

757/767 Intl for US major still on reserve - 19 days split into 3 blocks. Also, don't get anywhere near the 6 weeks vacation that UK/Euro airlines are required to give. If anyone wants to complain about US pilot pay, they can KMA.

Just got my roster for April (until 1st of May):

10 days flying
10 days standby
11 days off.

33 sectors, six of them charter, the rest scheduled shorthaul operation.

2 nightstops.

And thats still overtime working 'cause a standby-day counts as 3 blockhours and i'm only allowed to work 850/year.
