Does anyone have any info on the Capt pay on the A320 and A330? I looked at the requirements on their website, but didn't see any mention of pay. Also, are they doing any basing outside India? Thanks.

I don´t think they have good conditions to live in India...
You just have two things to do there...Going to the airport and going to the hotel..
Very often you will have to fly with a diarrehal even eating at the hotel.
If you are above weight it`s a good place to loose it .
The conditions they offer are easily beaten in Europe , or Asia...
My Opinion..

Aussie,
you work for 10 consecutive weeks which means they utilize you for 10 weeks in accordance to DGCA FDTL (Indian Authority's Flight and Duty Time Limits) so you have at least one day off (24 hrs) in a week, usually much more though.. They don't suppose to "break" your home licence max flight time requirements. Say, they have 125 hrs limit in 30 consecutive days but you have 100 - that means you will not fly more then 100 as long as you have informed them.. You will have 2 weeks (14 consecutive days) off duty and they will pay (in fact reimburse) the cost of your economy trip to/from your nominated home residence. They pay you basic salary irrespective of your location (off or on duty periods). Plus you have overtime payment (1/80 of your basic salary) if you fly more then 80 block hrs on a calendar month's basis. Hope this helps

I guess flying anywhere would be the same story as we're talking about short-hole job.
Anyway they provide you with transport while on duty, etc. the only thing you have to do is to fly the arcft
Sometimes I have 4 or 5 days off in a row (while ON Duty periods)...
Cheers

Indigo
Who is the agency (or, who are the agencies) recruiting for Indigo? And what, exactly, are their terms?
Might be interested in leaving the U.S. for this. Plus, India has the age 65 limit. Don't know for sure when the new age limit will go into effect in the U.S.
