Tyrolean new hires
Hello,
I would like to kindly ask the ones in the know about what should one expect with regards to base, type, roster, per diem, etc. Used to see a thread here, but search does not return useful results now. (?) Any idea what base new hires are expected to go? Which type? Is type based on seniority? Is there still a 60 or 80% contract for new hires? Any tips, comments much appreciated!
TKS, V2

hello v2
base: expect vienna, maybe KLU/GRZ for the first few month
type: type not based on seniority for f/o´s.
open positions on all fleets (f70/100 crj and dh8)
rooster: depends on fleet. average 10 days off per month, 3-10 layovers
rooster 3-6 on and 1-4 off
per diem: average 300-500 euro per month, depends on rooster.
60/80% contracts: only for the last 25 f/o´s in seniority. expect to fly more.
