Reasons to be strong.
If any flybe pilots have any doubts about supporting their CC - and they can't do it without your comitment to back them - then have a look at this.

Indeed, the attempt to split the workforce into opposing camps has already started. It is hoped that this will not have the desired effect but go to show those who doubt the strength of the pilots' position that 'management' are already running scared.
Now is the time to links arms and stand up for a better deal.

Yeah so are we ... company delayed next meeting by a week, reason unknown (well to the masses anyway) ... just looks like time wasting and mucking us around for no real reasons ... oh well we are only 7 months into the negotiations, its not like there is any rush, I mean only 90% voted no to the offer so I mean its not a big issue really! HA HA!
