Monarch at Luton
Have been offered a FO position on the A320 at Luton and want to know what a typical roster would be like, roughly how many hours do you fly, and is it a happy base to be at.
I am based at Stansted at the moment and being at Luton would add another 30 mins to my journey time so need to know how it compares roster-wise to easy and the 4 sector days/minimum rest.

Majority of your working days would be 2-sector AGP/FAO/ALC/GIB schedules etc and would be shared between day trips ex LTN or a few days away covering a similar roster ex BHX/MAN/LGW.
Option to go on the A330, subject to seniority, within a couple of years.
Big advantage LTN base has is the ability to park your car next to the crew room. Saves the 10 minutes plus at each end of the duty going to and from the staff car park.

Routes similar to what I'm doing at the moment. How does the roster pattern compare, is it 5 days in a row with minimum rest etc, and roughly how many hours per year. I understand that the bus pilots in Manchester are doing similar hours (850 ish) to easy, is it the same for Luton?
Thanks
Thanks
