Low cost crew benefits.
Hi all ,
For all crews in low cost operators , putting aside salaries and rosters ,
what benefits are we recieving in terms of pensions , health care , staff travel
loss of license insurance etc .
I have been in low cost for about 3 years now , and its not that I have an axe to grind , but I find all of the above very much lacking .
I know all of the arguements , time to command etc etc , however , can you view any of the low cost operators as companies that you would stay with ?
I just want to see what your views are on this subject .
Also , can anyone , say , with conviction , yes to some of the above , or all of the above , that their airline is a good choice ?
Cheers
