Indian B737 contracts

There are many agencies offering B737 contracts in India. These have been running for a few months now. Does anyone have any first hand feedback on the conditions and qualities of the operators and agencies? What does anyone foresee for the coming couple of years? With so many agencies, apparrently offering similar conditions, any guidelines on choosing? Is ther any big difference between Jet Air & Air India Express, or any other operator?

Many Thanks.

Long running and detailed discussions over in the Far East/Asia forum.
