Ryanair Dublin

What's the latest position in Dublin regarding the -200 guys forced to pay for their -800 ratings?

Are they still pursuing a case against the company?

Are people joining in Dublin at the moment and if so are they been seen as undermining the case (if not sorted) of the -200 guys?

I'm half interested in applying for a Dublin base in light of the recent expansion plan announcement but reluctant to undermine the guys in conflict with Ryanair.
