Anyone know what the average pay for a roster is for the various airlines?
Also what terms and conditions, benefits you might expect?

You might just need to confirm what you mean by a Rostering Administrator, you mean a simple Rosterer?. Ranges from 11k - 26k depending on who/what/where etc.

It was just a basic rosterer for a European carrier with about 2 years experience.
