leaving by the bucket full.ba,thomas cook, first choice, dragon, thomsonfly, norwegian, easyjet e.t.c e.t.c.but management send a memo to all pilots telling how people are joining from lufthansa and ba,lot and air baltic, such bull and everyone knows it.
all the top guys leaving and good luck to them.even those who join see the big picture pretty soon and are off.a contract is not worth the paper it is written on in ryanair.

So can you define "bucketful"? Do you actually know or are you just guessing?

If you really do know, can you tell us precisely how many have left in the last three months for example?

Would consider joining if there will be free uniforms, sim etc. 48 days vacation, pension, private health care, 12 days off a month.£68000 + flight pay and per diem. These are the minimums. just a tad above what I have now. If they can give me that I'll consider it.

FRying:

I'm sorry old son but I simply don't understand what you are asking me.

If you are talking about disappearing posts then I can assure you that I have touched nothing.

Dual bleed - not good reasons to join FR - simply because if you did get all those lovely little perkies they would be swiftly snatched away from you in short order! Check the history books for justification of that one! Only valid reasons to be there IMHO and that's:

Reasonable money
Own bed every night
Good selection of bases
Stable roster
Great Colleagues
