Termination Notice
Hi to all , I am relatively new to prune .
With my current employer I am required to give 4 months notice should I wish to leave .
I am well aware that the industry norm is 3 months , however , either of these notice periods are disgraceful .
They well exceed the statutory norms which are based on length of service .
This is a seperate issue to be being bonded .
No other industry would tolerate this .
Has anyone any views on this ?
