Starting pay is £18,000, plus 3% increment per year.
Flight Duty pay is £1.50 per hour 75%(i think) tax free.
most take home around £1400- £1550 per month depending on duty.

F/O Pay

Basic is £18,000 year one. This increases by £600 into year 2, then the increase is 3% per annum.

Duy pay is £1.50 per hour from when you arrive at your base till when you leave. Great if you are going away for a week! Duty pay is 80% tax free. So I belive, average take home is (as someone correctly pointed out) £1400-£1500 year one.

The pay is not great but hey-ho. You wont be earning that for ever, most get experience at Emerald then move on and get a nice well paid jet job.

germstone, why are you so bitter about Emerald?? Do you work for them or did you work for them?
