MAN & LPL based pilots please help

I’m going to need a new jet job soon and would therefore be grateful for any useful information from Manchester & Liverpool based pilots. I am in particular looking towards short haul & charter operations. I currently have a command on a non Boeing/Airbus EFIS jet, and am more interested in lifestyle benefits than highest wages. I have gathered from reading PPruNe that First Choice & BMI baby are not particularly happy places right now, so I would like to hear from Thompson, Monarch, Thomas Cook, easyjet, BMI and GB Airways drivers as regards happiness, terms & conditions, time to command etc. should I be lucky enough to be offered a job by any of them. Thanks in advance.

Britannia/Thomnsonfly:

+ves

MD and Ops Director seem to know arse from elbow
Good overall package, see later
Good, well maintained a/c, maintenance still in house
Very stable roster, protected to + and - 2 hrs of published roster, no changes outside that without your agreement
Varied route structure with some long haul after a time based on seniority in seat (MAN only)
MAN and LPL both friendly bases with top people (LPL is a satellite base, crewed by MAN volunteers, Summer only)
Clout as part of big organisation, Tui, so generally well supported
Excellent PHI, Loss of Licence
Good union to company dialogue, both sides gain
Final Salary pension, although slightly diluted for new joiners and available after 2 years I believe, still a good scheme and still Final Salary
737 fleet is currently offering early Commands including some DE but this door is closing rapidly
Britannia Mainline and TFly now one Company on identical T + Cs. TFly has come up to Mainline, not vice versa
Excellent Training Dept, still in house
Can sell days off
Future of rostering is going more to bidline type with a better share out of the crap details
Not stupidly overworked a la EZY etc

-ves

Some poor rostering
Some seriously rotten night work, especially in summer
Competetive Market causes constant drives for savings that are not always clearly thought through
Big changes ahead for Cabin Crew, none of them good, so a bit of an unhappy place at present in that respect
Idiot Middle Management in some areas, over promoted people in others.
Lack of communication beween Depts can cause frustration if you are doing anything out of the ordinary such as Training or ad hoc flying
Long days, lots of very early starts or late finishes
Basic Salary only adequate (But see above)
Time to Command stretching out now but still <10 years at a guess (But see above)

On balance. I'm going nowhere else.
