Salary scales and Turboprop operators

Hi all

Firstly, does anyone know where one would find all the UK airlines' salary scales...particularly turboprop/charter/cargo? Maybe I'm missing something but all the searches I have done on the site regarding FO/Cadet/200hr pilot payscales don't turn up much information.

Secondly, does anyone know of a comprehensive list of all turboprop operators in the UK/Europe/Worldwide...i.e.addresses and contact names?

Flight International produce an excellent annual review on all the worlds airlines, fleets,contacts, tel no etc etc
