Guys, theres an ad on Aviation Job Search for Captains, FO's and FE's based at Manchester & Gatwick flying B747s

I just work as cabin crew but wondered what TAC Europe is?? I take it its some kind of agency company. But wondering what airline they are recruiting for as its 747s at Man!
