I hear Britannia roster very very stable with resonable amount of off days. What else would you like to know?

After working for a low cost air line, I can safely say the rosters are great.
You have a lot of time off and only two sector days with an hour min turn around time. This week I am flying for three days, followed by four days off and then four days on. They are very very stable and have not had a change to date. You get a lot of leave and extra days off if you start your hols mid week. Silver and gold pairs are great. You can book time off up to a year in advance without biting into your hols(if you want two days off). The final salary pension scheme is great.
