Hi all,
Just a quick couple of questions for anyone who's employed as a pilot at the mo -
What roster do you work?
How many hours do you do per year on average?
How long is time to Captain (approx.) with your company?

Roster? In a constant state of flux. Contracts changing so it does vary. 6 days on some weeks. Other weeks it's 4-5 days.
Next week is 4 days worth of reserve/standby duty. Our duty is limited by the late nights we work.
550-650 hours.
Time to command is dependant on your hours when you join and if they need any captains when 1. your hours are good and 2. they need captains at the time.
