Have you got a recognised union?
if not, contact the International Federation of Airline Pilolts Associations (IFAPA). Worldwide associations monitor and compare domestic airlines' pay, terms & conditions. Go to them, acquire data about the pay in your industry. That's a starting point.
Negotiations: decide what you want and why you know you deserve it. When they tell you 'no', get them to present you with the data which supports their argument. Be realistic, fight your corner, compromise some, but set yourself a bottom line deal which you will not budge from.
Good luck
