Hello everybody out there!!
I am looking for info about BMI Baby and I've been looking around the site without finding too much.
Therefore I decided finally to submit my first posting
I'm looking for info about work schedules, salery, work atmosphere, management-crew interaction and overall....is it a nice place to be

Baby terms and conditions similar but less than those of Orange persuasion.
Rostering under review but presently mainly 4 sector days (some 6!) and SBY seems to come in blocks rather than singles. 5 & 2 pattern.
Morale okay, there are some unhappy, some happy, its an airline! This seems to depend on base, we are generally happy at CWL.

Does that mean you get the same two days off every week, or do they rotate it somehow? Otherwise a chosen few would get all the weekends off.

Hi Guys,
I too would be very keen to hear from more guys regarding the situation in the pram. Can anyone else shed any additional light to that shown above - perhaps from other bases too?
