Question ARB/ groundschool

Under all these new JAR regs, does the ARB or something similar, still exist to get the groundschool part of a type rating done?

Main reason being to help with the CV and the job hunt.

The ARB as such does not exist anymore. It has been superseeded by a JAR written exam, which encompasses many more practical questions.
There are now 2 exams, one open book (perf/MEL/loading etc) and one closed book being the equivelant of the old ARB. Still 75% pass mark, but you have to attain typically 75% in each discreet subject in each paper.
