Jepp Speed restrictions

Somewhere I read in the Jepp that if ATC give you a speed restriction the you have to fly within 10kts of that speed. Try as I may I now can't find where a read it! Anyone know where it's written?

Section Four of the US AIM (4-4-11) says that speeds should be maintained within plus or minus 10 knots or 0.02 Mach.
