Question SAS MD83's

Looking for information on SAS MD83's. What type of flight director systems do the aircraft have, what type of FMS and or PMS. Are the aircraft over water equipped, do they have HF radios installed? Are the fuel quantity indicators in litres or pounds? Number of galleys installed? Thank you.

All SAS MD-80:s have identical instrumentation, as well as the MD-90:s. All are glass cockpit with the earliest a/c retrofitted from electro-mechanical cockpits.Flight directors are "Two bar" variant one bar for pitch and one for roll. Our a/c use honeywell FMS wich incorporates vertical nav, as such no PMS installed. The aircraft are not especially equiped for overwater flight. At one point the 83:s had Garmin GPS installed to supplement nav while over areas lacking navaids. These are deactivated as no flights in such areas are currently flown. Hf:s are not installed. Fuel indicators are all in Kg. On 81,82 and 83 we have three galleys while the 87 has two. Hope this answers your questions.
