Airbus Fadec thrust Clb

Hello dears,
If you have any ideas following Clb detent despite the flight automation.
Indeed the question is: the power depends on the weight and/or other circumstances including altitude, to get the different revolutions of N1,2?
As example: T.O. on light weight and heavy weight, the lever move back to climb detent, the N1 will be different?
Appreciate your opinion.
Best wishes.

Depends on the thrust rating set for climb thrust by maintenance. When we first received the Neo in 2019, unless very heavy flex thrust was = to CLB thrust. So no effect on the thrust value when moving the levers from Flex back to Climb detent. The climb thrust was ridiculously high and vertical speed of 6000 feet per min was not uncommon at 250kt And they would still climb at 2500 feet/min at 320 kt. Then with the high vibration issue on the PW engines, they downgraded by like 10% the thrust on the climb and now Climb thrust is always less thrust than the highest flex. Our Neos climb performance are very similar to CEO; just a tat better. On the CEO I believe climb thrust is always lower then the highest flex. Not sure by how much.

Many thks for valuable comments…
in order to be sure, the THR CLB detent is on fix ratio or can be flexible depends on weight or other circumstances?
Just to get “nice to know”

Cheers))

I’m not 100% sure but I believe climb detent is a fixed ratio. It does not vary according to the weight; This I’m pretty sure.
Cheers!

Уважаемый Серёга!

Вы никогда не задумывались с какого бодуна полупустая машина набирает высоту, аки пробка из шампанского, а полная карабкается, как червяк с церебральным параличем? Clb - это константа, fadecу вообще по барабану масса машины.
