Their 1/3rd scale demonstrator has carried out a number of flights. There are some interesting Youtube videos online showing how they carry out their test flights, see here for an example: Full BOOM XP-1 Flutter narrated 4th flight test - PPRuNe Forums

It seems to be a Chinese concept for a rocket launched passenger aircraft that can land backwards, musk style and then be reused. One hour from China to Dubai is given as an example in their advertisement movie.
