Being develops in the US, anyone know anything about it?

Apparently under development by a company that's infelicitously called Boom.

It seems to be a Chinese concept for a rocket launched passenger aircraft that can land backwards, musk style and then be reused. One hour from China to Dubai is given as an example in their advertisement movie.
