A couple of A320 Questions
Here are a couple of questions to help me teach better in the Alsim.
1. When conducting a missed approach from config F, are you able to reduce power when reaching thrust reduction altitude while still being in config 3? In other words, if the crew is late cleaning up the airplane from a missed, and they reach TRA. Is it okay to reduce power if the a/c is still in config 3, ?
2. During a go-around after the PNF calls "positive climb" should the PF wait until the gear stops moving to continue retracting flaps? In other words, can the gear and flaps move at the same time, or should you wait?

The act needs to be at GA config, in this case coming from config full app will be 3, you reach thrust reduction obviously reducing thrust and keeping config, CONTINUE climbing and when reaching ACCELERATION Altitude start to clean.

I think you have a misconception of how to do the GA. Bast majority of thrust reduction and acceleration altitudes on a GA are different, depending as well on company procedures/plate.
Either PNF/PF calls the GA.
PF will say GA Flaps.
PNF will retract in this case to flaps 3
PNF when positive rate is established, trend altimeter and RA going up, will cal POSITIVE RATE
PF: GEAR UP
All this can be delayed due to environment, performance, altitude of the GA.

2. No restrictions on that.
It is unlikely however you will move LG and Flaps at the same time, unless you start the GA just below the ACC ALT and in this case things will go a bit faster indeed.
GA-Flaps - 1 step up
Read FMA
Positive Climb - Gear Up
LVR CLB flashes and airplane starts accelerating in the mean time > CLB thrust and start clean up, even with the LG still in transit.
