A320 engine stall procedure for neo and ceo

In the engine stall QRH procedure, for a ceo engine it says to switch on engine anti ice whereas for neo engine, it says to switch on wing anti ice. Reason for the difference??

Neo engines have bigger fan and higher compression may be the removal of excess air by engine anti ice is not sufficient, wing anti ice takes away much more air.
