A320 LPC - one pilot easa / other pilot both easa and uk licence

Is it possible to do one proficiency check in order to keep the rating valid on both EASA and UK licence ? One pilot hold both licences. The other only holds easa licence

Yes. You can revalidate as many licences as you like as long as the examiner has the necessary authorisations and all the boxes are ticked.
