What does VLS + 10kts /G.DOT mean? (A320)

During approach preparation with several failures linked to ice protection, the status page on the A320 tells you to use VLS + 10kts / G.DOT.

How to interprete this line?
When do you use green dot and when VLS + 10kts?

From your FCOM PRO-NOR-SUP-ADVWXR, "MINIMUM SPEED WITH ICE ACCRETION", the minimum speed with wing anti-ice inoperative is:
  • GREEN DOT in CONF clean
  • VLS + 10 kt in CONF 1, 2, or 3
