Portable ADS/CPDLC equipment

I'm trying to find out if there is any portable ADS and CPDLC equipment that would be suitable for Oceanic operations.

I see there is portable ADS-B stuff for sale but seems to aimed at the US GA market and I'm not sure if this would work for long haul Oceanic operations.

Lots of portable UAT ADS-B equipment out there (not valid for class A airspace anywhere), but ADS-C and CPDLC work over the ACARS network. So no.

Yip, we need ADS-C. I thought it might be a long shot. There definitely a business case here for someone. There's lots of older long range aircraft around that could benefit from a cheaper option. Retrofit is just too expensive if the aircraft only has a few years left in service. I'm thinking B767, A340 and older B777's.

The South Atlantic has horrendous HF coverage hence the question.
