B747-200 Technical Help

Hi,

I'm working on a project with a couple of technicians and engineers, and because it's a first time experience for us we got some trouble in sorting it out.

This is the story:
During an inspection of wing landing gear beam of a B747-200 we found that a

bearing is broken at the point the beam is attached to the wing spur. For this reason and for pulling out the bearing we referred to the MM section 57-15-01 (Wing LDG support beam gate fitting - removal/installation)

This section says that for removing this item we have to unload the gate fitting and the bearing pin, this is done by using chain hoist and a wing jack. Also the wing landing gear pulled up to become off the ground so the wight is on the beam and that helps unloading.
We followed the procedure and we could unload the bearing by applying 500 KG force on chain and a certain amount of jack pressure under the wing.

Now here the problem begins, the following procedure says "Remove bearing retainer and bearing pin as an assembly from gate fitting" but we could only open the retainer and the pin is stuck inside, while the book says they should get out as an assembly.

We think the wing is not unloaded completely as the engines are not removed from the wing for maintenance and that could distort the load distribution along the wing.

I would like to know if anyone here has worked on this section before that could give us a tip to remove the stuck pin and the broken bearing?

Here is the picture of the unit we are working on, We open the item 191 and the target is bearing no.215

And here are the pages we referred to in the MM:
