737 Minimums, thrust reduction, and FCOM

Hi guys,

Quick questions,

What are the minimums for a CAT II and CAT III ILS approach? What about visual?

Also, what about altitude (50, 40, etc) should the throttle be brought back to idle to flare and land?

Last question, is it legal to have a Boeing FCOM on my computer even though I'm not a 737 pilot?
