Question ERJ145 Performance data and/or checklists/procedures

A full list of procedures would be ideal, but for now some may be able to answer my questions. At takeoff, what flap setting, climb rate, and airspeed are used? And during climb? At cruise, what N1, airspeed, and altitude?

Take off is normally flap 9 and flap 18 for short runwyas.

Initial climb is 160kts. Once flaps are retracted climb at 240kts to 10,000 ft then 270 kts to 17000ft, then M0.56 to top of climb.

Variations are: best rate of climb speed 220kts.
Cruise climb 290 kts then M0.65 .

Max cruise altitude is 37,000ft.

Max speed in cruise is M0.78 which is 420 TAS which is about 220 kts IAS.

N1 is about 86% in cruise but should be whatever gives required speed.
