Which altitude will you go for a go-around?

When approach to VVTS 25R,it shown miss approach procedure is climb to 970 Ft then......I really wonder if it is a all-eng go-around,How can you avoid over-shoot of altitude?

I suspect that what comes after the word "Then..." is actually important in this context.

ILS25R: "Maintain Rwy HDG until 990, turn RIGHT to TD to join the holding pattern"

Holding pattern lowest level is 1900ft. TD is the FAF.

Hmmmm.

Read the notes, gotta read the notes

There's a note on the Jeppy plate plan view. It says: "1. Minimum Holding Altitude at TD NDB is: 1860' under RADAR control and FL100 in case of RADAR failure".

There's also a similar note on the profile view right next to the holding: "2. FL100 in case of RADAR failure"
