question NO.1

why the normal engine start sequence is NO.2 and NO.1 ?
(i wish this is not a simple question .)

Apu available you can start in any order. The acostumed order is #2 then #1.

When you have to start with external air source, supp procedure states the order #1 then engine 2, this is due to the ducting of the external air source.

When you have to start with external air source, supp procedure states the order #1 then engine 2, this is due to the ducting of the external air source.
To be exact it is to prevent the external air source + engineer sucked into nr. 2 engine. I theory nr. 2 engine could be started first from the external air sorce.
