csd discconnect

Hi,
When the csd is disconnected you are disconnecting the accessory gearbox drive input into the csd.

The above answer is true but all the magic is within the CSD. When the button is depressed it activates a solenoid electrically that releases a spring loaded pin into a turning worm-gear, this action disconnects the drive (now spring loaded free).
