LOFT ATC Scenario

Gents and ladies as well. I'm trying to put together a short leg to complete a simulator LOFT scenario. It's been awhile since I have flown into any English airports so I need some assistance...if possible.

Taking off from EINN, Rwy 06. Going to EGLL and want to land on 27L. What SID and ARRIVALs might one expect under these circumstances.
Not that it matters but the ac is a B777-300ER. I have access to JeppView, I just need the traffic flows for this departure and arrival.

Thanks in advance!

PS I posted this in the ATC section as well but so far no response.

ABUGA1a - departure EINN (to ABUGA)

L/UL9 - enroute ( ABUGA - KENET)

BNN1D - arrival EGLL (from KENET)

Puts you in the Bovingdon hold, normally vectors from there.
