LNAV use /VOR app
Hy .
Boeing recommends use of LNAV as roll mode for VOR approach.
Would this require a P-RNAV authorization for the operator, as LNAV usage must satisfy a certain RNP?

No.
The actual AFDS mode used is irrelevent. You must monitor a raw data source to ensure you are within tolerence on the VOR. Provided that condition is met, the actual mode engaged to achieve it is not a matter of regulation.
