NADP 2 vs NADP B - Pesky Vzf + 10 kts...
The Jepp Airway manual states NADP B is no longer part of ICAO PANS-OPS.
In the old NADP B profile (which is now only provided for supplementary information) a speed of Vzf +10 kts must be maintained after initial acceleration to 3000' before acceleration to enroute climb.
In the NADP 2 profile the only speed mentioned after the initial acceleration height is Vzf ("...as the aeroplane is accelerated towards Vzf.")
Does Vzf + 10 kts still apply during an NADP B departure?

As per jeppesen air traffic control 05 jun 09 revision , NADP B
from 300m(1000ft) to 900m(3000ft)
- continue to climb at NOT GREATER than Vzf+10kts
at 900m (3000ft)
-accelerate smoothly to enroute climb speed
so according to this, Vzf+10kts maximum still apply up to 3000ft above aerodome elevtion
