OnBoard Maintenance System

An OBS includes a CMC (using a Central Maintenance Computer) and an ACMS (Aircraft Condition Monitoring System).

Both of these can output "reports" to cockpit displays and to a QAR (Quick Access Recorder).

Does the aircraft get delivered to the airline with standard reports or does each airline need to define and request their own custom reports? If the second option then would the airline request these from the aircraft manufacturer or would they go straight to the supplier of the OBS?
