hey,

suppose you autpilot works but your in nave back up.
would you still be able to fly in european airspace?

As per FCOM 4, AP/FD available in selected mode only, provided at least one FG is available.

With AP available, RVSM ok. So able to comply with European airspace rules.

What about BRNAV requirement? Don't know much about Airbus, but if you can't meet RNP 5 you might struggle to be allowed above FL95. I can't rememember what the MMEL provisions are for that now. Must be going senile. Anybody?
