Canadian Braking Actions and Snowtams

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I am trying to find out how to get hold of Canadian braking action figures which dont seem to be available on the published snowtams

Here is the CYYR one from today:

SNOWTAM
CYYR RSC 08/26 180FT CENTERLINE 90 PERCENT BARE AND DRY 10 PERCENT
DRY SNOW TRACE. REMAINDER 100 PERCENT COMPACT SNOW. 4 TO 8IN WINDROWS
10FT FM LGTS 0711141457
CYYR RSC 16/34 180FT CENTERLINE 90 PERCENT BARE AND DRY 10 PERCENT
DRY SNOW TRACE. REMAINDER 100 PERCENT DRY SNOW 1IN. 4IN WINDROWS 10FT
FM LGTS 0711141457

Cheers

A 90% Bare/Dry runway with a trace of dry snow will not normally have a CRFI (Canadian Runway Friction Index) value measured as the runway average will equate to a Bare/Dry runway value of .8 or maximum braking. Such conditions would normally only have a runway surface condition reported in plain language.
