Maximum temperature TX, and minimum temperature TN, between time zulu.

So, the temperature will be between 24 to 18degrees, between 15z and 06z
I think!

CDG is also known to use this TN/TX thing - but I agree the temperature looks more like AGP this time of year!

Cheers

I was basing my bet on the wind direction and change of direction during the forecast period.

Looks like Nice (LFMN) to me. Night time Katabatic wind setting in, although more often from 330 degrees.

Certainly put it as a coastal med airfield.

Runway state decode:

http://www.flyingineurope.be/MetarRunway.htm

99 = all runways
CLRD = cleared
70 = friction coeff. 0.70

...and that top TAF is sooo LEMG!

maybe malaga taf

Yes go on then, I'll join the list of saddo's who think this is a Malaga TAF. Great place really, I do wonder why people bother asking the runway in use there (when outside ATIS range), as 20 mins or so is long enough for the spanish to change their minds several times anyway.

The remarks in the format above are found at U.S. stations only. Here is the decode:
AO2 = Automated station with precipitation type/intensity sensor
RAB02E11 = in the last hour, rain began at :02 after the hour and ended at :11 after the hour
SLP086 = sea level pressure 1008.6 hPa
P0000 = Trace of rain since last hourly METAR (ex. P0030 would be 00.30" since last hourly METAR)
60000 = Trace of rain since in last 3 hr or 6 hr period (total amount of rain since 00Z, 06Z, 12Z or 18Z observation - in this case since 18Z observation).
T02560194 = Temp is 25.6 C and dewpoint is 19.4 C (ASOS measures temperatures in F then converts them to C, so in this case it is measuring 78 F and 67 F, respectively)
56009 = Pressure tendency and change in last 3 hrs. In this case, "6" means it was decreasing then decreased more slowly, and it is 0.9 hPa lower now than 3 hours ago.
For U.S. METARs, all your answers can be found here:

http://tabacofamily.com/jtabaco/ispwx/swo/

It is the current FAA manual for weather observers. 15-18 is where the remarks section begins.
