Hello....

i have came across this metar recently:

130/02MPS 9999 FEW050CB SCT050 BKN100 15/01 Q1022 NOSIG 99CLRD70

So, what is the 99CLRD70 ?

i went through the decoding in the jepp...but couldn't found it...

any idea ?
