What is this 747 engine mod?



I was watching Top Gear the other day and couldn't help notice the twin inboard engines on this 747 at Dunsfold. Can anyone explain it?

As suggested above, it's a film hack - I don't believe it's a genuine, flying modification.

It's a movie prop. (Casino Royale) Not functional though.
